to Customer Service
The program is supported by 55 General Dynamics employees providing
telecommunications system management, operations & maintenance
and engineering services. Numerous General Dynamics subcontractors
provide support services for remote location maintenance and
system engineering changes. The ADCS communications system is
located at 3 CONUS Air Defense Sector Operations Control Centers
and 1 Regional Air Operations Center in Alaska. All of these
Centers are manned 24 hours per day by the ADCS technical team.
In addition to supporting the CONUS and Alaska Centers, engineering
support is provided for a Regional Air Operations Center in Hawaii
and Guam.
The ADCS team maintains voice and data communications equipment
at remote radar and radio sites located throughout CONUS and
Alaska. Additionally, communications equipment is maintained
in support of training missions at Tyndall AFB FL, Tinker AFB
OK, and Luke AFB, AZ.
